When rain falls almost certainly at some point rainwater will soon start coming down from the ceiling do to hidden issues like missing roofing materials,broken roof tile, damage flashing and Roof Structure issues. And do to this the home may have some type of Structure, Electrical they all can be big problems for the homeowner.
These hidden issues can seem large and overwhelming, but the reality is that the earlier you discover any problems in your home the better off you will be. Most issues can be fixed in their current state at a fraction of the cost they would require even a few months down the road.
We performed our General Home Inspection and all inspections we provide to our client.
In accordance to the STATE OF FLORIDA HOME INSPECTION STANDARDS OF PRACTICE. The information we collect regarding the overall condition of readily accessible, installed systems and components of the home based on observation of the visible and apparent condition of the structure and components at the time of the home inspection.
We will provide a report with photos on those systems and components inspected that, in the professional opinion of our inspector, are significantly deficient or at the end of their service lives.
If not self-evident to the client at the time of inspection, the inspector shall give a reason why, in their opinion, the system or component was reported as significantly deficient or near the end of its service life. The inspector shall make recommendations for correction and/or monitoring, or further evaluation of the deficiencies that the inspector observed. A home inspection does not include the prediction of future conditions of any home system.
